Do I need previous experience?
Aerobics classes are suitable for all levels of dancers - no previous dance experience required.
Ballet classes are designed for students who have a basic understanding of ballet technique. Exercises can be adapted depending on the student's level of experience.
What do I need to bring?
Aerobics

athletic shoes, dance shoes, or barefoot - whatever you're most comfortable in and works best for your surface.

Ballet

How do I get the most out of a zoom class?
Set your camera up so that your entire body can be seen. This will allow the instructor to make corrections that will help you get the full benefit of the exercise as well as to help prevent injury. This is important for both aerobics and ballet classes.
Us your zoom settings to "pin" the instructor so that window will take up most of your screen.
The instructor will mute you when class begins, but you may unmute yourself if you have a question.
How many students are in each class?

Aerobics classes can accomodate up to 15 students

Ballet classes allow for up to 8 online and 4 in person participants

Saturday classes allow for up to 25 students
