Service Description

45 minute low-impact, strengthening aerobics starting with a gentle warm-up and followed by a cool-down and stretch. Dance barefoot or in athletic shoes. Optional: resistance band or towel for some stretches; hand weights.

Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellations for purchased classes. You may, however, reschedule to another day or time if you find you are unable to attend. Please re-schedule at least 2 hours before class begins.
