Service Description

45 minute low-impact, strengthening aerobics starting with a gentle warm-up and followed by a cool-down and stretch. Dance barefoot or in athletic shoes. Optional theraband and towel for some stretches. Optional hand weights. We also use a stable chair for some stretches and for balance.

Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellations for purchased classes. You may, however, reschedule to another day or time if you find you are unable to attend. Please re-schedule at least 2 hours before class begins.
